Perl Version

• Does it need to be Perl 5.8.x?
• Check options to h2xs, Module::Starter or ExtUtils::ModuleMaker
• Pure Perl distributions mostly work with at least Perl 5.6.1
• Even many XS based distributions work on earlier versions
